How to Improve Your Golf Score?   by luckygolf18

Let us face the facts: golf is a difficult game to play. There are so many different areas to improve upon that it may seem almost impossible to play better overall. Instead of trying to over-complicate things by listening to confusing golf videos or paying professionals to give you technical jargon you’ll forget after 5 minutes, follow these five tips and you will improve in little to no time.
Fix your golf setup
One of the easiest golf tips to improve your game immediately is to fix your golf setup. For drivers, keep the ball inside the left foot with the feet shoulder length apart. For Callaway Razr X Tour Irons shots, keep the ball in the middle of the stance with the feet narrower than the driver. For pitch shots, keep the feet close together and play the ball just inside the right foot. Also, make sure you are aligning yourself correctly to the hole before hitting. There is a natural tendency for right-handed golfers (opposite for left-handed) to aim left of the target, so keep this in mind before you hit your next shot.
Be creative
Don’t just use the same club around the green each and every time. Be creative and learn to use different clubs, for example: Callaway Razr X Tour Irons and so on. For instance, if you are just in front of the green and you have a lot of room to work with, use a 9 iron instead of a sand wedge, aim well short of the hole, and hit it as if you normally would. I guarantee you that you will shave strokes off of your game by learning to be more creative out on the golf course.
Buy better golf balls and clubs
Are you using Pinnacle or Top Flight golf balls? Cheaper golf balls are OK when it comes to distance, but for everything else they are woefully inadequate (such as chipping around the green for one). Buy yourself some better name brand golf balls and you will be able to keep your Callaway Razr X Tour Irons shots on the green and have the ball stop next to the pin when chipping instead of it rolling off the green every time. Better yet, buy some new and better quality golf clubs (Callaway Razr X Tour Irons) as well. Technology has advanced so much these days that you can gain considerable yards and increased accuracy using more up to date golf clubs, which leads to more strokes taken off each golf round.
Hit for less power and play it safer
There is another tendency among average golfers to try to kill the ball each and every shot. Lay off the gas every once in a while! Stop trying to out-hit your buddies and go with 80 percent power instead. It is better to have it in the fairway at a shorter distance than in the woods at a longer distance. Also, play Callaway Razr X Tour Irons clubs safer on the golf course. If you know you can’t reach a par-5 in two don’t go for it. Lay it up and hit a good third shot onto the green. Aim for the fat part of each green on each iron shot, and when you get into trouble, don’t be a hero and try to go for the flag every time.
Practice more often
Lastly, make sure to practice at least once per week in order to improve your Golf Game. Don’t buy some range balls and then hit the driver every time. Hit shots with every club in the bag at least once, and make sure to practice chipping and putting as well.
If you tackle all area of your golf game each time you practice, you will improve your golf game quickly.
